The Opportunity
Looking to downsize, our clients moved into a condo with a dated and worn kitchen in need of a refresh. They wanted a more modern style with better lighting, increased storage, and improved layout for better functionality.
The Outcome
A lot of floor leveling needed to be done, and in the end we utilized sheet vinyl so our clients could get the look of en-caustic tile without the maintenance. The washer and dryer was also located in the kitchen, so we replaced them with a ventless system and built custom doors to blend the laundry area with the rest of the space.
