The Opportunity
Our clients initially bought their one-story home as a starter. After finding out they were expecting twin boys, they knew they would need more space.
The Outcome
We built a second story to the home with a new master suite, two bedrooms, and a hall bathroom. We also completely re-configured the first floor to include a mudroom, office and guest suite with a full bathroom, an open family room, and a new kitchen. The remodeled kitchen features a fully customized island with a wine cabinet, and we used horizontal cubbies and solid skins to conceal the seams. The family now has plenty of room to stay in this home for years to come.
