At Case we really pride ourselves on being leaders in the remodeling industry, but it takes amazing people to make that happen. We thought you might be interested in getting to know them a little bit better. This week we’re highlighting Director of Project Development Adrian Andreassi.
Let’s get started…
Spotlight on: Adrian Andreassi
How long have you been at Case? Have you held any other positions in the company?
I have been a part of the Case team since 1988. I was hired as a carpenter, became a lead carpenter and was the fourth handyman when we started Case Handyman Services (1994). That job required estimating, sales and doing the work. After that I was the seventh Handyman salesman (1996). We determined that there needed to be salesmen and craftsmen to make it work. Handyman salesmen were also the Project Managers. Then when the economy changed (2006) I became a Case Project Designer which is now known as a Project Developer.
What’s your design style?
What ever style the client desires, but I edge toward transitional.
If you were remodeling your home, what project would you do?
If there were several areas that needed remodeling, I would start with the kitchen.
Where do you think it’s smartest to splurge and save?
It depends on the space. In the kitchen, I would recommend choosing hardwood floors over stone or tile. I’d also say to install a tiled backsplash and splurge on the accent feature over the stove or sink. Another place I’d splurge is the powder room because it is small and seen by guests, it is the homes “jewel box”.
What’s your favorite thing about working with Case?
The people that I work with and knowing that I am working with a team that cares about the client experience.
Is there anything a client can do to make your job easier?
Have an idea of what they want, like and don’t like. Be forthcoming with concerns that they have about the project and past remodeling experiences.
What if I don’t know my design style?
Case has trained interior and architectural designers on staff and we will help you figure out your style!
