- Slimmer Refrigerator
At only 25” wide and a reasonable retail price of about $2,000 makes this a great choice when replacing a smaller fridge or remodeling a small condo kitchen. For comparison, all those French Door Refrigerators you see are 36” wide! Find it here.
- Petite Dishwasher
At only 18” wide, this dishwasher will hold less place settings than your standard 24” wide dishwasher. But living in a small condo usually means smaller dinner parties! Dinner place settings for 6 will fit nicely in here for cleaning. Smaller doesn’t necessarily mean a smaller price; this Bosch Dishwasher costs the same as it’s larger brother. Find it here.
- Big Look Gas Range
With the look of a bigger and more expensive WOLF or VIKING Range; this Bertazzoni Pro Series Range saves you another 6” of width. Those bigger guys are 30” wide and this Range is 24” wide. It’s all gas cooking but many condos and small rowhouses in DC already have gas cooking. Find it here.
So far, I’ve given you back an additional 22” linear inches of cabinet space and 16” of countertops within a similar appliance budget of larger bulkier units. You’re welcome!
