If time, convenience or social distancing makes a virtual appointment appealing, Case can help. Our team has years of experience helping clients make good decisions about their home. So how does it work? It’s pretty simple.
The first step is to visit our website. There you will find a link to Contact Us in the upper right hand corner if you are using a computer. If you are using a phone, simply click on the 3 line icon and a menu will pop up where you can select to Contact Us.
Once on the Contact Us page, you have 3 options for interacting with Case- an in home consultation, a meeting in one of our Design Studios, or a phone conversation/ video call. You can choose the right option for your situation.
If you choose to meet in person, a Project Developer will visit with you in your home. We can also meet you in one of our Design Studios- we currently have 3: Bethesda, Falls Church and one on 14th Street, NW. We’re also working hard to open our newest location in Alexandria sometime this summer.
If you choose to meet virtually, we are going to ask you to participate in a video call. We will guide you through what we need to see in order to help with your situation. We could also do this with photographs. Take lots of pictures, send them to your Project Developer via email, and we’ll arrange a phone conversation to discuss the project.
We can also remotely share drawings, make selections, and walk you around the Studio. It’s actually pretty easy.
Our clients tend to be busy people. Heavy workloads, travel, or personal obligations can make keeping a project on track difficult. No matter how busy your schedule is, we can help. In person or remotely, you decide.
