Project Developer Dory Clemens and Designer Kate Adams have been busy helping their client design their dream four-season pool house. The clients are looking for the flexibility to be able to open up all of the doors, and use screens in the summer, but also be able to close it up to hang out around the gas fireplace in the winter. After listening to the client’s goals for the project, Kate presented numerous design schemes that all explore different door styles and exterior siding/finish options.
Kate started off doing a few elevation sketches:
