I would highly recommend Case Design/Remodeling for any project. They created a beautiful design for our kitchen and great room area, working around some unusual existing architecture. The design and budgeting process was straightforward and collaborative, including the material selection process. Case recommended excellent vendors for the appliances, plumbing, and lighting, and coordinated deliveries with those vendors. The build progressed on schedule with friendly and talented carpenters and tradespeople. The team minimized the disruption to the rest of our home and left the work site clean and neat every evening. Our lead carpenter, Drew Davis, was super-friendly, very creative, and highly skilled. He came up with creative “fixes” and workarounds and included us in detailed design decisions while doing the finish carpentry and cabinet setup. This was the largest remodel project we had ever undertaken and Case was a reliable and skilled partner throughout. We are thrilled with the results – the kitchen and great room are beautiful and really work for our lifestyle.

I have used Case many times. They are always reliable and I have always been happy with the finished projects. Adrian Andreassi is the person I trust most for getting a project off the ground. Jorge Solano was very attentive on the overall project and kept me updated along the way. Salvador was there almost every day. He always cheered me up and takes such pride in his work.

John Audet continued to be a very calm, professional, and responsive person throughout our project. He was always a pleasure to work with. Kate Adams, our designer, is a gem of a person and had a great vision. She did good getting it off of paper and into my home. The craftsman, Marlon, was wonderful and super respectful of our speace. He was very meticulous, timely, clean, and neat. His craftsmanship was great. He was very detail oriented. He thought outside the box on some challenges. The people that do the work deserve a pat on the back.

I would like to recognize Mike O’Hearn, Kwasi Hemeng for their exceptional service, as well as Carlos was onsite and did most of the construction work. Overall, Case Design/Remodeling Inc. of DC Metro area did a great job on my addition, which is beautiful. Although it was a little expensive, it looks terrific. I did have the option to choose another company that would have cost less, but I chose to work with Case Design due to their reputation. Also, I want to note that I put the house on lockbox and allowed them to come and go; they were a trustworthy group, and I did not have to worry that anything would happen.

We would like to highlight the exceptional efforts of Jason Burdo, Gizem Ozkaya, and Elena Eskandari on our full kitchen remodeling project. Jason went above and beyond in all aspects of managing the high quality of work on our project. This included detailed planning, consistent communications, strong skills managing the additional contractors, and ensuring that the project remained and finished on time/on schedule. Jason demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and incredible attention to detail throughout the remodel. The worksite was impeccably clean at the end of each workday as well. He always had a smile on his face and had a calm demeanor; this made what would normally be a disruptive, stressful event much more pleasant for us. He felt like a member of the family by the end of the project. Gizem and Elena both were very patient and pleasant in working through the various options regarding the design, CAD models, and selection of appliances, cabinets, and other key design elements. We delayed the start of our project due to COVID, but it was all seamless from start to finish with this team. While it may not have been the lowest of the estimates we received, we can say that we are extremely pleased with the fabulous outcome; the quality of the Case team was outstanding! We would recommend them highly to anyone seeking to conduct a kitchen remodel.

My wife and I have been amazed with the transformation of our kitchen living space. The house is 50 years old and Case did a great job of matching new and old. Our new kitchen and bathroom remodel by Case are absolutely gorgeous. They came up with a design for the kitchen that really opens up the entire main floor and ads a lot of light. They helped us to not be afraid of colors, which made the kitchen and bathroom more vibrant.

Our experience working with Case Design couldn’t have been more positive and surprisingly low-stress. From the design stage through the renovation stage, everyone was conscientious, responsive, and dedicated to doing high-quality work. There were regular meetings and email updates throughout the project, and the lines of communication were always wide open. A special shout-out to Tony, who combined masterful carpentry skills with a sharp eye for detail. We always felt that we were in good hands, and I would recommend Case in a heartbeat.

The project manager, Bruce Gettys, was exceptional. My initial point of contact, Elle Hunter, was great and kudos to Jason, the lead carpenter. He was on time, worked hard, and communicated well.

The kitchen and master bath remodel were wonderful. Each stage of the process was completed to ensure that all went well and on time and we were very pleased with the team that helped design and complete our dream kitchen. They were so thoughtful upfront in the planning stage to capture my vision and then proceeded to put it to paper and, finally, into action.

Case far exceeded my expectations on my kitchen and two-bathroom renovation in my Capitol Hill row home. The Developer and Designer worked with me to create a design I was excited about — and could have never come up with on my own; they helped me pick materials and fixtures; and the Project Manager implemented the job so that the result was just as planned. The craftsmen took personal ownership of their work. And when a small issue arose — issues will always arise in renovations — the craftsman, PM and developer all worked together to solve the problem. Best of all, the Case Designer went with me to re-select marble from the supplier when it turns out I wasn’t happy with the original selection. Case truly is a top-notch design / construction / engineering integrator, and I highly recommend working with this company based on my personal experience.

Excellent team with separate designer, project manager, electricians, plumbers. The kitchen job site was protected from the rest of the condo with a very effective sheet. Very professional. High quality materials and appliances, which they helped us pick out.

They have really set a high standard for anyone else I may choose to work with. The Case team took such great care of my home that I look forward to working with them again!

I had no idea going into the process how many unknowns there were and how many things might go wrong, but every time something went wrong, Case came in and stepped up to the problems to fix them. There was never any shrugging it off or blaming someone else. The problem always got fixed. That was true throughout the project, including the punch-list items as well as the warranty. The design work that was done up front saved my wife and me a great deal of time and energy by assessing our interests and ideas and presenting us with a reasonable number of options to get the job done instead of overwhelming us with 300 different ideas.

We are very pleased with the project and will use Case Design/Remodeling again.

This is the second project I have used Case for. The first was a large two story, bedroom addition and reconfiguration and two bath addition that included a new kitchen and deck. This project gutted a bathroom/closet addition and installed a bathroom/wet room, two closets and hallway; a new closet in another room; and removal of a bow window with almost floor to ceiling windows on first level. The work, attention to detail, and overall courtesy of the workmen was outstanding. I am very very pleased with it. The men came early and worked a 10 hour day.

We met with the Case design team in Spring 2015 and described our views for a perfect kitchen. The Case team listened to us and produced three different scenarios for our consideration. Our experience was mercifully uneventful. The project was begun and finished on time, on budget and as promised. The quality of materials used and the finished work product are top notch. I always felt we were in good hands with Case and we will be returning to them for a powder room update very soon.

The Case team—especially Adrian and Colleen—did a fabulous job on our kitchen and powder room! Adrian excelled at figuring out how best to use the space and came up with practical and innovative solutions. He was always willing to go above and beyond in resolving design challenges and in overseeing all of the details that go into a project of this kind. Colleen helped me with picking out the cabinets, tiles, flooring, plumbing fixtures and even paint colors and I couldn’t be more pleased with the aesthetics of my new space. She had great suggestions for how to organize my kitchen stuff and also a strong attention to detail. The day-to-day project manager, Tom, was also easy to work with and was always available to address any issues that arose. The craftsmen were highly professional and kept the area safe and clean and on schedule.

We were so happy with our full kitchen remodeling project with Case that we engaged them again for the design and complete remodeling of a very large master bathroom. April and James were key to the success of both projects and Elena provided thoughtful design options for the master bath.
